Baltimore, MD (December 10, 2019) The Can Company has expanded its offerings through the signing of a new lease with &Pizza for 2,300 square feet.  MCB Real Estate acquired the Can Company in a joint venture with Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P. and JMC Holdings, and has been undertaking a substantial renovation of the retail and community center.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., &Pizza is a fast-casual pizza chain that serves fresh personal pizzas in a modern and stylish setting.  Each of &Pizza’s 39 locations nationwide are unique to its surrounding neighborhood with local interior design finishes. The Canton restaurant will be &Pizza’s eighth in Maryland and third in Baltimore City.

&Pizza is the latest tenant to sign a lease at The Can Company since the joint venture in 2017.  They will join recently opened tenants The Original Pancake House and ATI Physical Therapy, along with Tropical Smoothie Café, You’ll Never Walk Alone Veterinary Hospital, and RegionAle who are scheduled to open in early 2020.
