2024 Community Development Network of Maryland Impact Award

At MCB Real Estate, we take pride in leveraging innovative ideas and cultivating strong relationships with organizations to tackle challenges head-on. We are honored to have our efforts recognized with the 2024 Community Development Network of Maryland Impact Award, which we proudly share with the Baltimore County Department of Housing and Community Development.

In 2022, as part of a joint venture with Goldman Sachs Asset Management Urban Investment Group, MCB successfully acquired a portfolio of Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) properties. Through ingenuity and collaborative efforts with Baltimore County, we have aligned our strategy with community development objectives, achieving the largest attainable housing agreement in Baltimore County’s history and remarkable outcomes in affordable housing preservation. We aim to serve as a model for Baltimore County, the State, and our country to follow for years to come.
