This position is responsible for the full scope of Lease Administration services including, but not limited to, abstracting and interpreting commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases), billings, collections and tenant lease compliance matters.

Commercial Property Accountant

Baltimore, MD

This position is responsible for the full range of accounting processes and financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial and development real estate assets. The Commercial Property Accountant will partner directly with the assigned commercial property managers and asset managers.

Accountant-Commercial Real Estate Portfolio

Baltimore, MD

This position will report to the Controller of Joint Venture and Development Accounting and is responsible for the full range of accounting processes and financial reporting. This position supports the property and development accounting departments on a portfolio of properties that may include commercial, residential, industrial, mixed-use and development real estate assets. This position will partner directly with in-house and third-party property firms for the purposes of financial and asset performance reporting.
