Assistant Property Manager
This position works in unison with the Property Manager for the daily operations, financial and physical management of an assigned commercial real estate portfolio which may consist of a combination of retail, office, industrial and flex space.
Senior Property Accountant
This position is responsible for the full range of accounting processes and financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial, development, and residential real estate assets.
Building Engineer
Responsibilities include maintaining overall property appearance and general maintenance of assigned commercial real estate property or properties, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry, parking lots and HVAC maintenance requests.
Manager, Accounts Payable
The primary role of the Manager of Accounts Payable is to oversee our Accounts Payable department and will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, supervise Accounts Payable staff, and ensure timely and accurate filing of 1099s.
