Troy serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions at MCB Real Estate, where he is focused on sourcing and acquiring commercial real estate across various sectors, including retail, industrial, and multifamily. Based in metropolitan Los Angeles, California, Troy has been with MCB Real Estate since August 2014.
Leading MCB’s West Coast acquisitions and expansions, Troy has established the company’s presence and identified strategic opportunities in key markets. Before relocating to Southern California, Troy was instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success on the East Coast. He successfully completed transactions totaling $1.55 billion in core plus and value-add real estate investments, ensuring rigorous due diligence and efficient execution.
Troy holds an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and NAIOP.
