With two decades of HR leadership experience, he designs scalable people systems that strengthen the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, foster collaboration across teams, and position MCB as an employer of choice.
A thoughtful and results-oriented leader, John has guided organizations through transformative initiatives that strengthened leadership development, modernized total rewards programs, and elevated recruitment and retention practices. His work has contributed to multiple Great Place to Work recognitions and helped establish HR as a true strategic partner to the business.
Before joining MCB, John held executive HR roles in financial services, healthcare, and retail. He also founded an HR consulting and executive coaching practice, advising senior leaders across industries. John holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana State University. As a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), he also volunteers with his local SHRM chapter, mentoring emerging HR professionals.
