Theresa Stegman brings over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate and is adept at managing projects throughout the development lifecycle. With a particular skillset in structuring public-private partnerships and tax credit financing, Ms. Stegman has closed over $350 million in financings in the sponsor role, including $86 million in NMTC allocation, $40 million in Federal historic tax credit equity, and over $60 million in state tax credits. She currently serves as the Project Executive for Reservoir Square, an 8-acre mixed-use development in West Baltimore, and structured the $44M public-private partnership and tax-exempt bond financing for the development of the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development. Prior to joining MCB, Ms. Stegman served as the Project Executive for the 700,000-square-foot Electric Works campus in Fort Wayne, where she secured public tax increment financing and led the construction of the historic rehabilitation.
