She brings more than 17 years of experience across both commercial and residential property management, with broad expertise in lease administration, financial operations, team leadership, systems implementation, process improvement, and portfolio transitions. Throughout her career, Hilary has led complex operations, built scalable processes, strengthened controls, improved accuracy and efficiency, and partnered across Property Management, Accounting, Legal, Asset Management, and Acquisitions to support strong operational performance and portfolio growth.
