Enolia Receives Best Community Impact Award at NAIOP Maryland 2026 Awards of Excellence

We are proud to announce that Enolia has been recognized with the Best Community Impact Award at the 2026 NAIOP Maryland Awards of Excellence.

The award recognizes projects that create meaningful and lasting benefits for the communities they serve. For Enolia, that impact began with the transformation of a long-vacant industrial brownfield site in Northeast Baltimore into a modern student housing community serving Morgan State University students.

Completed in 2025, the development delivers 473 student beds, high-quality amenities, and a new source of activity and investment along the Harford Road corridor. Beyond addressing a critical housing need, the project has helped advance broader neighborhood revitalization efforts in the surrounding Lauraville and Beverly Hills communities.

This recognition follows Enolia’s recent honors from the Urban Land Institute, including both the Wavemaker Award and the People’s Choice Award, further highlighting the project’s positive impact on students, residents, and the community.
