MCB Real Estate — the new owner of Harborplace as well as other high-profile developments across Baltimore — has signed on as a partner in the 12-year-old Foundry Row in Owings Mills.

The prolific Baltimore developer bought an undisclosed stake in the successful Wegmans-anchored complex that has expanded over the past few years to include office and residential developed by AvalonBay Communities. The site at 10100 Reisterstown Road was once a non-descript industrial hub where Solo cups were manufactured.
