Amy Bonitz is a Vice President with MCB Real Estate, where she manages mixed-use and community development projects in Baltimore City. Amy has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and community development and is adept at managing complicated urban projects throughout the development lifecycle. With a particular skillset in structuring public private partnerships and tax credit financing to deliver on critical community and innovation projects, Amy has closed over $200 million in deals including serving as the lead developer for the Centre Theater, Motor House, Open Works, Rising Sun Mills, The Plant, Bond Street Wharf and other mixed-use projects that brought creative uses to disinvested communities. Amy holds a Masters in Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a B.A. from Macalester College. She is an active member of ULI and Lamdba Alpha International and serves on the board of Made In Baltimore, the Central Baltimore Partnership and the Creative Alliance. In 2020, she was recognized by the Daily Record as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women.
