Carlos Bonner is a prominent 24-year commercial real estate executive, renowned his expertise in deal execution, corporate operations, strategic planning, and business development. His experience spans public REITs, global corporations, privately held companies, and family offices, bolstered by a robust network that supports his business practices. Carlos has executed over $2 billion in transactions, with expertise in multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality assets. He has also negotiated agreements with municipalities, land sellers, consultants, tenants, and financial partners.

Currently, Carlos serves as Senior Managing Director at MCB Real Estate, overseeing MCB White Oak LLC’s development of a 12 million SF master-planned community in Montgomery County, MD. Previously, he was Managing Director at Middleburg Communities, where he managed acquisition and development in the Southeast. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Development Operations and Asset Management at Cedar Realty Trust, where he managed a $700M NAV portfolio and led the mixed-use development platform.

From 2016 to 2021, Carlos was Vice President of Development at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners in Washington, DC, managing projects such as WMATA’s Northern VA HQ and The Kelvin and Envy projects. His career also includes roles at Terwilliger Papas, Skanska, The Maven Group, PNC Realty Investors, JPI Interests, Hines, Lendlease REI, and Bank of America.
Carlos holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics from Morehouse College.
