Daniel Rigaux is a seasoned leader at the forefront of MCB’s Multifamily and Hospitality development strategy and execution. With over 30 years of expertise in residential, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, he has spearheaded more than $1 billion in successful developments, encompassing over 2.6 million square feet and 2,000+ apartments and hotel rooms. Throughout his career, Mr. Rigaux has been involved in the development of notable projects such as The Kennedy Warren, Ampeer/Oakwood Dupont Circle, Courtyard Convention Center (now Riggs Hotel) in Washington, D.C., and Circle 75 in Atlanta. His extensive experience spans strategy, acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, finance, and development, with a proven track record across the Washington, D.C. metro area, Georgia, Florida, and the Midwest. Additionally, he has overseen the entitlement of more than $2 billion in projects, totaling 5.4 million square feet and over 4,400 apartments and hotel rooms, further cementing his reputation as an industry leader. Rigaux holds an MBA from American University and a BA from the University of Maryland.
