Jason Maddox brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience in guiding operational strategy, strategic portfolio management, and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining MCB, Jason served as a Partner and Co-Founder of EPIC Real Estate Partners, overseeing asset management, redevelopment, investor relations and financial reporting functions. Before forming EPIC, Jason served as Vice President at P.O’B. Montgomery & Company, a Dallas-based private real estate investment firm. During his tenure, he worked across asset management, development, acquisitions, financing, lease negotiations, and strategic planning in partnership with several major institutional capital providers. Jason’s career path has involved being a Case Team Leader and Consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised global corporations on growth strategy, pricing, customer acquisition, and operational effectiveness. He also held roles at Koch Industries, where he was involved in acquisitions, trading operations, and accounting functions across various business units.

Jason holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Animal Science, summa cum laude, from Kansas State University. He has passed the CPA, CMA, and CFM examinations and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).​
