Nick Tortorice brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience in guiding strategic growth, portfolio performance and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining MCB, Nick served as a Partner and Co-Founder of EPIC Real Estate Partners, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and capital sourcing. Before forming EPIC, Nick served as Director of Acquisitions at P.O’.B. Montgomery & Company, where he led the sourcing and execution of retail shopping center investments across the U.S. in partnership with institutional capital. Before that, he was an Acquisitions Executive at Weingarten Realty Investors (WRI), a publicly traded REIT, where he focused on the Southeast and Texas markets. He began his real estate career at Comerica Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst in the Commercial Real Estate Loan Group.
Nick holds dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
