P. David Bramble Named One of Maryland’s Most Influential Leaders

For the past four years, The Maryland Daily Record has recognized the state’s 100 most influential leaders across private business, nonprofits, government, and law. This year, we’re proud to share that our own Co-Founder and Managing Partner, P. David Bramble, made the list.

Under his leadership, MCB has become a major player in the commercial real estate industry, not just in Maryland but across the nation, while also serving as a catalyst for positive change in urban communities.

Despite the recognition, Dave is always quick to highlight that the true driving force behind MCB is its people, working together to make each day more impactful than the last.

“As leader, the most important thing I do is motivate and encourage the amazing team we have here at MCB Real Estate,” David says. “When I’m not doing that, I’m focused on identifying investment opportunities and raising institutional capital to fuel our strategies.”
